When you provide us with personal information to send an inquiry or provide information for our services, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. We will not share your information with 3rd Parties.


All materials that are subject to copyright, trademark, patent, or similar protection risen out of the client’s request for services produced or provided by Hat Hare during such request for services become and are the property of the client provided that the client pays all agreed upon fees associated with the services. Stock elements are the property of Hat Hare and licensed for use for a provided client has paid licensing fees. Licensed elements may be watermarked. If stock elements are purchased outright, they will be retired from the library from the point of payment, and any use prior to sale/buyout will remain unaffected. 


The Client must indemnify, keep indemnified and hold harmless Hat Hare for all loss, damage (direct or indirect), liability or injury caused or contributed to either directly or indirectly by the Client or any person the Client is responsible for (including personnel and subcontractors).

The Client must indemnify, keep indemnified and hold harmless Hat Hare from and against all claims, damages, loss, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Client’s breach of this agreement or any negligence, reckless or willful act or omission by the Client or any person the Client is responsible for.

Hat Hare’s liability to the Client is limited to the value of the agreed fee.

Neither party will be liable for consequential, special, indirect, exemplary or punitive liabilities in relation to a breach of this agreement or event, fact, matter or circumstance.


Where FAA aerial approval is required, Hat Hare will prepare and submit the application to FAA. 

Where FAA approval is required but not given, under no circumstances will any flights take place.

The Remote Pilot In Command holds authority to cancel flights for any reason he/she sees fit.



Equipment can malfunction or become damaged at any time. In the event that equipment malfunctions or otherwise become damaged or inoperable at the time of the drone work, the client agrees to provide full payment of the hours worked until the time of the equipment malfunctioned or has become damaged. The remaining time not worked will be refunded in full.



The certified drone pilot holds authority on cancellation due to any reason he/she sees fit and may call a cancellation at any time, including mid-flight.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
